Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask all clients to respect the policies below to help us maintain a smooth and timely schedule.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late 10 minutes or more may be considered a no-show, and the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the esthetician’s discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of service price.

    • Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no show, resulting in charging full treatment price.


No-Shows

  • Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in full service price charge.

    Emergencies happen. Please message me as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding!

Waxing Contraindications

Accutane (Isotretinoin) use within the last 12 months
Retin-A / Tretinoin / Differin / Retinol use on the area in the last 1-2 weeks

Blood thinners or bleeding disorder
Diabetes or poor healing
Pregnancy (increased sensitivity possible)
Sunburn or recent tanning
Open cuts, broken skin, rash, or irritation in the area
Active cold sore / herpes outbreak
Active infection (staph, ringworm, impetigo, etc.)
Recent chemical peel, microdermabrasion, or dermaplaning (within 2 weeks)

General Facial Contraindications

Accutane (Isotretinoin) use within the last 12 months
Sunburn or excessive sun exposure
Open wounds, cuts, or broken skin on the face/neck
Active cold sore / herpes outbreak
Active skin infection (staph, impetigo, ringworm, etc.)
Allergy to skincare ingredients (fragrance, enzymes, acids, etc.)
Currently taking antibiotics or skin-sensitizing medication

Microcurrent Contraindications

General Facial Contraindications plus:

Pacemaker or implanted medical device
Epilepsy / seizure history
Pregnancy
Cancer (under current treatment)
Heart conditions (must have physician approval)
Metal plates/pins in treatment area (use caution)
*Plates, screws, braces, or dental implants may interfere with proper conducting of electrical currents
Botox or filler within the last 2-3 weeks (recommended wait time)
Recent facial surgery (must be fully healed)

Chemical Peel Contraindications

General Facial Contraindications plus:

Recent waxing (5–7 days)
Recent laser, microneedling, or aggressive exfoliation (2–4 weeks)
Pregnant or breastfeeding (depends on peel type)
